Oraya Group LLC operates oraya.tech. This policy explains the handling of information collected through our website, applications, and related communications. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@orayacorp.com.
Information we collect
- Website inquiries: your name, email, selected service, message, submission date, and inquiry reference.
- Partner applications: your contact details, optional public profile, professional background, referral plan, and permission to contact you.
- Specialist requests: information you provide through Typeform or follow-up correspondence, such as your platform, account handle, account email, issue details, and relevant screenshots.
- Orders and support: correspondence and order information you share with us or that a checkout provider makes available to fulfill your order.
- Technical information: hosting and security services process information such as IP addresses, request details, and browser information. The website uses limited security records to restrict abusive submissions.
Please provide only information relevant to your request and that you are authorized to share. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, or unrelated personal information.
How information is used
We use information to assess requests, respond to you, review partner applications, arrange and provide agreed services, manage orders and support, protect the website, keep business records, and address disputes or legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, processing may be necessary to respond to a request before a contract, perform an agreement, support legitimate business and security interests, comply with law, or act on consent where required. A service inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing newsletter.
Service providers and sharing
Website inquiries and partner applications are saved in private hosted storage. Their details are also sent to Oraya’s internal Slack workspace so the team can respond. Specialist applications are collected through Typeform, with notifications sent to the same internal workspace. Supporting material sent by email is handled through our email services.
Our hosting, storage, form, communication, and checkout providers process information to support these functions. Relevant details may also be shared with people helping deliver an agreed service, as needed for that work, or where disclosure is required by law.
Whop checkout happens on Whop’s website. Oraya’s website does not collect full payment-card numbers. Please also review Typeform’s privacy policy and Whop’s privacy policy. Those services describe their own processing.
Submissions are not displayed publicly on oraya.tech. The current public website has no Oraya-installed advertising pixels or advertising audience integrations.
Storage and retention
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Provider arrangements and any required safeguards depend on the service and applicable law.
Records remain in the relevant inquiry, form, communication, or order systems while they are needed for follow-up, service administration, business records, or legal matters. Retention varies by record and provider; submitting a form does not start a fixed automatic deletion period. You can contact us to ask what we hold or request deletion, subject to information we need to retain.
Access to website submission records is restricted. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing contact@orayacorp.com. Use the email associated with your request when possible and include an inquiry or order reference. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to a copy of your data, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, an appeal, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. Legal exceptions can apply. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
