About these terms
These terms govern use of oraya.tech, operated by Oraya Group LLC. Use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Questions can be sent to contact@orayacorp.com.
A purchase, proposal, or service agreement may have additional terms. Those terms govern the specific service and take priority over conflicting general website information, subject to applicable law.
Applications and service requests
Submitting an inquiry, specialist application, or partner application asks Oraya to review your request. It does not create an accepted project, confirm eligibility, enroll you as a partner, or start paid work.
Provide accurate information and only submit requests for accounts, brands, or material you own or are authorized to represent. We may request clarification or evidence of authority before proceeding.
Pricing, orders, and refunds
Scope, fees, delivery estimates, payment schedules, cancellation, and refund conditions are set out in the relevant offer, checkout, or written agreement. Review them before paying. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed under those terms and applicable law.
Orders placed through Whop are also subject to the terms and payment processes presented there. For order questions, contact saba@orayacorp.com with your order reference. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Platform decisions and outcomes
Oraya is an independent service provider. Mentioning a platform, publisher, or brand does not by itself imply affiliation, endorsement, or authority to make decisions for that organization.
Recovery, reach, username availability, content removal, verification, search visibility, and related outcomes can depend on third-party policies, account history, evidence, and decisions outside Oraya’s control. A website description is not a promise of approval, a particular result, or permanent protection from bans or security incidents. Specific commitments, if any, must appear in your service agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to submit deceptive claims, impersonate another person, infringe rights, send malware or spam, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website. Do not submit passwords, login codes, recovery keys, or confidential information unrelated to your request.
You retain rights in material you provide. You authorize Oraya to use it as reasonably needed to review your request or deliver an agreed service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
Content and external services
Website text, design, and assets belong to Oraya or their respective owners. Viewing the site does not grant a right to reproduce or commercially use them without permission or another lawful basis. Publisher logos identify linked coverage; those publishers retain their rights.
Typeform, Whop, social platforms, and publishers operate their own websites under their own terms. Oraya does not control their availability or all of their content.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but pages, services, and availability can change. Contact us to confirm details relevant to a purchase or project. We may restrict misuse or update these terms; the date above identifies the current version.
Updates to these general website terms do not by themselves rewrite a previously agreed service contract. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
